ATTENDANCE & PAYMENT POLICY

Please do not pay your teacher,  we bill using our online customer payment center or by mailing a check.  At the end of the month you will receive an email from Mobile Music Academy.  This email will have an itemized invoice for the next month attached to the email. You should keep this invoice for your records.

*We ask that you pay your bill by the 7th of each month. 
* Lessons will be suspended if payment is not received by the 15th of the current month.  Once the lessons are paid, you are responsible for those lessons at your lesson time. 
* If you need to cancel you must give us a 48 hour notice or the lesson will be charged.  We reserve the right to notify you individually in a change in  this policy if there are excessive cancellations.

* Any cancellation by the teacher will be made up either by rescheduling the lesson, adding time onto subsequent lessons or extending a credit to the next month’s bill.
* Due to the nature of in-home lessons please allow time for the instructor to arrive.  They will teach the allotted lesson time even if they are a few minutes late. 
* We ask as a courtesy to the teacher that you provide a 4 week notice for cancelling lessons.  This allows us to find another student to fill the teacher’s schedule.
