How much do you charge for lessons

All lesson rates vary depending on the location of the lesson and the length of the lesson itself.  Please CONTACT US for more information.

 

Do you offer any booking discounts

Booking discounts can vary from time to time.  CONTACT US to find out if any discounts are currently available.

 

What is your cancellation policy

ATTENDANCE & PAYMENT POLICY

  • If you need to cancel you must give us a 48 hour notice or the lesson will be charged.  We reserve the right to notify you individually of a change in this policy if there are excessive cancellations.

  • If the student is sick and cancels after the 48 hour time period the instructor will do their best to make up that lesson if possible.  This may be another lesson or adding time (10 or 15 minutes a lesson) to a couple of future lessons.
 

Can I pay cash or money order

We only accept payment by credit card or debit card.

 

Can I pay the instructor

No, Instructors are prohibited to accept any payment for lessons other than reimbursement for materials used.

 

When is the payment due by

Lessons are charged at the end of the month after the lessons are completed.  You will only be charged for a completed lesson.  (note:  completed lessons include taught lessons and cancelled lessons that fall under our cancellation policy).

You will receive an invoice through email on the 1st of the month for the lessons in the previous month.  If you feel that there is an error please contact us before the 3rd of the month.

On the 3rd of the month we will charge your credit or debit card for the completed lessons on the invoice.

  • There are no long term contracts or commitments.  We do ask that you finish out the month if possible.
  • The instructor will try to make up a lesson that they have to cancel or is cancelled due to weather.
  • Due to the nature of in-home lessons please allow time for the instructor to arrive.  They will teach the allotted lesson time even if they are a few minutes late.
 

What if I am going to be away for some of my lessons? Will I still be charged
